Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of booked time.
Any no-shows will be charged for the full service and will require a deposit before booking again (the allotted time booked depends on amount due for deposit).
If 15 minutes late to appointment, the entire service will not be guaranteed and lost time will still be included in cost.
If 20 minutes late, services will have to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show. Time booked for appointment will be charged.
Please understand that these policies are set in place to protect my daily income as I do not make anything if I don’t have a client.
